A blog series focused on self-care for you and your loved ones.
Pause for a moment. Feel your feet against the floor. Inhale. Exhale.
You are on a journey. Journeys require occasional stops… maybe for fuel… or support… or rest. This is one of those stops. For this moment, keep it simple. Inhale. Exhale.
Open yourself up to accept what you need. Let go of what you no longer need. That is a breath. You will do this at least 500 million times in your life – often without thinking about it.
In many ways, this blog will be about the art of breathing. Gentle reminders to do what you already know how to do… accept what you need, let go of what you don’t need.
The world is a fundamentally safe and nurturing exchange. Even in the middle of great challenges, it will provide you with what you most need and accept from you what you are ready to let go of.
That can be very easy to forget.
You can come here to be reminded.
Until next time, keep practicing what you already know how to do.
Inhale and accept what you need.
Exhale and allow yourself to let go.
